ii. Proof of ST Status of Father (Mandatory)
iii. Proof of ST Status of Mother (Mandatory)
Any one of the following documents can be uploaded for parent’s ST proof.
i. ST Certificate of Parent
ii. Birth Certificate of Parent
iii. Affidavit
The scanned documents should be in PDF format and should be less than 500KB.
In ‘Island’ field, the applicant should select the Resident Island in which he/she is residing, and in ‘Native Island’ field the applicant should select his/her Native Island.
Application is forwarded to the native island of applicant.
View status of Application->view submitted application->click on delivered (a window will be opened) ->click on ST Certificate.
